Patient outcomes in anaemia management may result from a number of contributory factors and the nurse's role in caring for chronic kidney disease patients plays an important part in the continuum of care.

This breakfast session will be an opportunity for nurses involved or interested in the management of anaemia associated with chronic kidney disease to meet and network. It will also be an opportunity to hear about outcomes and issues in specific nurse-led initiatives for this area of clinical care that have recently been implemented.
